We do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or national public holidays.

How Long Until It Lands?  

Standard delivery times range between 3–8 business days, depending on your pin code and location.

In such cases, we keep you informed and assist you until the order reaches your hands.  

Delivery Dilemmas? Let’s Sort It  

If the courier cannot deliver on the first attempt, they will try up to two more times.   
In case delivery remains unsuccessful, your parcel will be returned to our warehouse.   
You may opt for re-delivery, subject to any additional shipping charges.   
To prevent missed deliveries, ensure someone is present to receive your order.   
Correct and complete address information is key - reach out early if you need changes.  

If It’s Lost or Arrives Damaged  

Received a damaged parcel? Report it to our team within 48 hours, along with supporting images.   
After reviewing the case, we’ll either issue a replacement or refund, depending on the outcome.   
If your parcel is lost, we coordinate with courier partners to resolve the situation effectively.
