What items are eligible for return?
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact. Request returns within the return window from the delivery date. Worn, damaged, or altered items are not eligible.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after inspection and credited to the original payment method. You will be notified via email once the refund is complete.
Are there any items that can’t be returned?
Personalized items, jewelry, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns, unless defective.
Do I need the original packaging for a return?
Return the item in its original packaging to ensure safe handling, prevent damage, and help process the return quickly.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You'll receive a shipping confirmation once your order ships.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 3–8 business days after dispatch, depending on location. Times may vary due to courier services or delays during peak seasons or events.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Currently, we only support one shipping address per order. If you need multiple deliveries, please place separate orders.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be canceled only if they haven’t been processed or shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations aren’t possible. You may request a return if eligible.
Which orders cannot be canceled?
Customized or made-to-order items cannot be canceled. Once shipped, orders are final. Exceptions will be noted at checkout or product pages.
